Withdraw from the contract

You can declare withdrawal for the entire order or selected products. The withdrawal period is 14 days after receipt; you may also withdraw before delivery.

Enter the order number and the phone number used for the order. We send a verification link to the order's email address before displaying its items.

I cannot open my order

You can submit a declaration without a verification link or an account. Customer service will identify the order manually and contact you.

Partial withdrawal

We offer full withdrawal and partial withdrawal for products sold as individual units. For partial withdrawal, the refund is based on the actual price paid for the units concerned, including the discounts applied at purchase. Any refundable delivery cost is determined from the actual cost of the delivery concerned; unchanged delivery costs for retained products are not refunded. After submitting your declaration, you can arrange the return with customer service. This discussion is not a condition for the withdrawal declaration to take effect.
